
7 Day Diet Plan
I won't bore you with many definition or explanation on weight loss. I will go straight to listing a 7 Day Diet plan that you use to eliminate excess fat if you can follow them religiously.
Day 1-prepare a delicious low fat mayonnaise by mixing one teaspoon of Djion mustard or satay sauce with a low fat yogurt.
Day 2-Add flavored filling with vegetables like capsicum and zucchini.These fillings can be minced chicken,white meat or fish.They are good for your health at they contain low fat.
Day 3- Prepare pita bread and roll up with salad fillings
Day 4- Add alfafa or mung beans to salad for extra iron for your body's supplement
Day 5- Buy non-toasted muesli instead of the toasted ones.This is because a plate of toasted muesli has more fat than a plate of bacon and eggs.
Day 6-Eat much of fruits and don't remove the skins this because most of the nutrients are right under the skin of the fruits.
Day 7- Every morning before breakfast,squeeze lemon juice inside a glass of warm water as this activate your metabolism and help prevent constipation as well as freshen your skin.
Ensure that you discipline is your watch word in following this 7 day diet plan as this will make you live a healthy life and a more fruitful life without the hassles of extra fat and pounds.
